How We Can Help
What kind of design help do you offer?
We provide logo design, artwork cleanup, file conversion, layout design for print, and custom illustration. Whether you need a brand-new logo or help preparing existing art for production, we can assist.
What file formats do you accept?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are ideal. We also accept high-resolution PNG, JPG, PSD, and other common formats at 300 DPI or higher.
Can you recreate a logo from a low-resolution image?
Yes. We can redraw or vectorize some logos from business cards, screenshots, or low-res files.
Will I see a proof before production?
Yes. You’ll receive a digital proof showing how your design will appear on the final product. Approval is required before we proceed.
How many revisions are included?
Most design packages include 2–3 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions beyond that may incur extra fees.
How do I submit reference images or inspiration?
Email reference files to us at alisha@thegraphicdesigner.store, or share examples you like. The more detail you provide, the better we can match your vision.
